What is the difference between plastic and virtual cards?

Basically, a virtual card substitutes a plastic card for all contactless purchases. Note: Since the virtual card can be added to Apple/Google Pay you will only set up a secret hint in the App and get an message when making a purchase.

Are there any fees?

The plastic and virtual card issuance is free, with free delivery of plastic, with zero cost per each next card. Card’s monthly maintenance fee is €10 per month. Load any of your two cards every month and we will return the monthly maintenance fee via cashback.

How many days will it take to issue my card?

Issuing a virtual card takes just a few seconds and ready for purchases right after activation. It's a perfect temporary option while you are waiting for your plastic card. Issuing a plastic card takes 24hrs plus shipment.

Am I allowed to have more than one card?

Yes. You can have up to 5 cards.
