Card Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
- Cancellation:
- Users may request cancellation of a card application before the card is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- For virtual gift cards, cancellation requests must be made before the card code is delivered.
- Return and Exchange:
- Physical prepaid cards cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except in cases of defect or error in issuance.
- Virtual gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the code has been delivered and activated.
- Defective or Incorrect Cards:
- If a card is found to be defective or incorrect upon receipt, users must report the issue to NEURONYX TECH s.r.o. support within 7 days of delivery.
- NEURONYX TECH s.r.o. will coordinate with the issuing institution to rectify the issue, which may include reissuing the card or providing a refund.
- Refunds:
- Refunds for cancelled card applications (before dispatch) will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds for defective or incorrect cards will be handled on a case-by-case basis, following verification of the issue.
