Card Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Process:
   • Upon successful application and approval for a prepaid or gift card, the card will be dispatched to the address provided during the application process.
   • For prepaid cards, physical delivery will be handled by UAB Walletto, the issuing institution, and is subject to their delivery terms and conditions.
   • Virtual gift cards will be delivered electronically via email by Codego SRL, following the completion of the purchase process.
2. Delivery Time frame:
   • Physical prepaid cards are typically delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on the recipient's location and postal service efficiency.
   • Virtual gift cards are delivered instantly upon successful payment and verification, but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
3. Tracking and Confirmation:
   • For physical cards, a tracking number will be provided once the card is dispatched, allowing the recipient to monitor the delivery status.
   • Confirmation of delivery for virtual cards will be sent to the registered email address.
4. Delivery Issues:
   • In case of non-receipt of a physical card within the expected time frame, users should contact NEURONYX TECH s.r.o. support for assistance.
   • For issues with virtual card delivery, such as non-receipt of the email, users should check their spam/junk folder and then contact support if necessary.
